Each home comes with stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. Our open concept kitchens and modern finishes make them perfect for daily living or entertaining. All units are also equipped with central air conditioning. 

Acero on Roosevelt offers ADA apartment homes, please contact our team for current availability. We do not have an elevator on site, however our community amenities are all accessible at ground level.

At Acero on Roosevelt, residents will be invited to join our online resident portal where they can stay up to date with news among the community, request maintenance, and securely pay rent. 

Yes. Our onsite team is available during office hours to assist with leasing, resident services, and maintenance requests. We also provide 24-hour emergency maintenance for added peace of mind.
